This film was brilliant, alan was the most popular character in the film but we have a special place in our heart for Mr Chow, His wacky wobbler was one of the talking ones and he had some cool one liners he would spit out. Douchebag!

#8 - Alice In Wonderland - Mad Hatter

We liked the style and colours of this one, Very distinct characters nice and colourful. The Chase edition was perhaps even better with the foil effect jacketc.

#7 - Lord Of The Rings - Sauron

Very cool bobble head from funko, very popular and with cool mould work.

#6 - Clockwork Orange - Alex

Never was released not sure if it was lack of interest or a licensing issue, we still get enquiries for this to this day. He looks great in the model.

#5 - SDCC Limited Edition Batman Bobble Car

Batmans cool and for me the old style batman was always a little bit more fun and entertaining. We loved this car with batman in it, it reminds me of the old batman TV show which i can still watch fopr hours on end. The chicks love the batman car indeed.

#4 - Godfather Talking Bobble Heads

One of my favourites and incidentally one of our very 1st products, Selected because we love gangster films and in particular the Godfather trilogy, yes even the third one. This bobble head also brings back memories of our early days when we had one on a table which went off every time one of the kids moved and kept chunnering away to himself. We eventually gifted him to the Local Post Office for a laugh where he still resides to this day.

Our items will be dispatched in Heavy-duty plastic postal bags which are fully recyclable, however we ask you to recycle these in your own way, Either by reusing as rubbish bags, poo bags for your pets and any other number of ways you can think of.

Funko's latest vinyl figure series is known as BLOX - they feature a 2D-image thickened into a boxy 3D-figure! These were recently seen at SDCC 2011. Posted here are some snaps of a KISS Gene Simmons' figure, Joker and Batman, alongside some American Cereal characters (think tony the tiger) but we fully expect Funko to use their existing licences to full effect and bring DC / Marvel / K.I.S.S / Star Wars, and many more to the table sooner rather then later. These Blox Vinyl figures are expected be available in December in the UK.

Never before have I personally looked forward to a release of action figures so much. I absolutely love Rocky films, Rocky 1 and 4 being my personal favourites. I have a few rare Rocky action figures knocking about. Which I wouldnt part with for anything and now NECA have displayed these really really cool action figures of Rocky Balboa looking all beaten up and Apollo Creed. Not sure on the size so far its been reported they are 7" but to me they look bigger than that.

I don't keep many of the action figures we sell mainly because we would have far too many, but i know im keeping a set of these when they come in. A note on the figures displayed November which hopefully means these are close to coming out of prototype and closer to being released.

Funko have launched these new Star Wars Wisecracks bobble heads which were sure will be popular for many reasons not least that they are Star Wars. There are several characters all with slogans underneath on their bobble head base and some of them are sporting poses or extras to their usual attire.

Due in October 2011 just in time for christmas its recommended to get your order in early for these as they will go fast.

Also Funko launches the new K.I.S.S plushes, we've had a lot of interest in these since they were announced and now you can finally pre-order them. Also expected in October this year K.I.S.S fans will want to grab these whilst they can.

Funko have launched these new Star Wars Wisecracks bobble heads which were sure will be popular for many reasons not least that they are Star Wars. There are several characters all with slogans underneath on their bobble head base and some of them are sporting poses or extras to their usual attire.

Due in October 2011 just in time for christmas its recommended to get your order in early for these as they will go fast.

It has today been announced that NECA will be producing products based on all of Valves titles.

The buzz is naturally around there main games of Half Life, Left 4 Dead and Portal. The range will include board games, action figures, toys (who knows maybe bobble heads)

“When Valve approached us to make their content, characters and art come alive in the physical world we were of course excited at the possibilities,” said Joel Weinshanker, President of NECA Games, “We quickly realized that our two companies have a similar view on how to ensure products exceed expectations of devoted fans and are thankful to be working with them”.

Were very excited as were massive gamers at Bobble Heads UK and love all of Valves games.

How shocked were we when all our stock of Dexter Bobble Heads sold within 5 minutes this morning. Knowing something was happening and panicking over stock levels we tried to find out what happened when we spotted our favourite bobble head and our long time best seller on Saturday Kitchen on BBC 1 this morning. James Martin was given one by Julia Stiles who was on the show advertising the new series of the show (starts tonight I believe).

Why is this Bobble Head so important?

This is for us the most important bobble head in the world. Its the Fallout 3 Promotional gift of the Vault Boy Bobble Head. Without this and indeed the Xbox 360 game of Fallout 3 which also featured collectible bobble heads within the game performing various poses etc Bobble Heads UK would not have been formed.

Whats a Bobble Head?

Thats what we wanted to know when we heard they were in fallout 3-4 years ago now. Curious we trudged the internet and found thse plastic toys with over sized heads. which covered a few themes such as US presidents and lots of baseball characters. Luckily for us we also found the initial batch of cool Dexter bobble heads which to this day are still one the most popular products we stock.

Starting with Emily who ordered a full custom bobble head.

Day 1

An email is sent from us to Emily asking her to upload her images and select the details of her custom bobble head, Ie : eye colour, hair colour, skin tone etc

Emily selected the following facial / head details

she also uploaded the following images which have been scaled down to fit on the screen but you get the idea.These are pretty specific facial features and costume.

Day 4

Pretty quickly we got back in touch with Emily with a moulded head, at this stage Emily was able to change anything about this model as you'll see in a later demo, As it is Emily is happy with the images and approves the sculptured head. Again these are compressed by us but normally in the dashboard they are full sized, Click for the larger images.

 A couple of hours later Emily recieves another email to say her body shorts are available also

As you can see this images show the body mould for Emily's bobble head and the custom body she has selected is shown from all angles so that emily can see all the poses etc., Emily can also make suggestions / changes to the model at this stage too. Emily approves the custom bobble head again.

Day 18

Emily gets notice her bobble head is ready for final approval and all coloured.

Emily Recieved her Fully Custom Bobble Head and was delighted with it.

She allowed us to use the pics for future customers.

Major player in the Action Figure and licensed products market NECA are releasing products the soon to be released Scream 4 movie, These products to to the best of our knowledge include 2 Scream Action Figures and 1 Scream Head Knocker.

Both based on the Ghostface characters made famous in the 1st Scream movie. The very distinctive outfit involving a black cloak and distorted white facial mask of the ghostface killer is perfect for these products and we really do approve, the ghostface killer bobble head looks fantastic and I can confirm we have these in stock at the moment and they are selling well. The Scream action figures are coming in a few weeks and again selling well. Please be aware we only have very limited numbers of the Zombie face Ghostface killer action figures.

So get yours ordered before the film comes out and love them. 

We received news today that Bif Bang Pow! one of our more popular manufacturers has signed a deal with American TV network CBS to produce some products based on NCIS and CSI.

These TV shows are two of the most popular shows in the world and exported from the US to many countries, and we hope will produce some fantastic bobble heads / action figures and other products.

Bif Bang Pow have sent out screenshots of their brand new Doctor Who Action Figures via their blog.

The collection so far includes 4 characters which are Master, CyberLeader, Sontoran Major Steyre, Tom Baker (4th Doctor)

They have created them in the 70's mego style which they love at Big Bang Pow and I for one think they look great, however the Mego Style has its haters and it would have been nice to have some non mego style figures aswell

Particularly cool in our eyes are the Cyberman and Tom Baker models which look to be high quality and very impressive, the others we're not so keen on here at Bobble Heads UK

We have added these to our site but are not taking any orders until it gets a bit further along the process of release and we know how much they will RRP at etc

We are guessing as per the other figures that Bif Bang Pow have released that these will retail for around £30-35 per set of 2 figures which will include 1 popular and 1 not as popular figures and not available very often as a single figure.

The star wars giclees truly are stunning and both limited to 150 worldwide, each indidividually numbers and complete with a certificate of authenticity. the web can never do them justice.

Bif Bang Pow and Funko  have some new stock up their sleave and we can't wait to see it.

As the images and news come through we will be updating the blog with all the new Action Figures, Bobble Heads and Plushes announced.

We had a chat with a few people and its been unofficially claimed that the Underground Toys (Gear For Games in the UK) Plushes that will be released soon ish in the UK will include a Cyberman Plush, a Dalek/ Davros Plush and suggested very loosely a Judoon Plush. along with a Tardis plush.

They are still in prototype and not yet confirmed officially but we shall see if our source is correct.

 As part of the Spring Fair 2011 Show we visited today we got to see some cool new toys and part of that was these babies.

They look really smart and from what I remember there was DC Little Mates figures approximately 2 Inches, Litle Mates Mugs, Little Mates watches and Little Mates Ipod Cases.

This brand looks promising and looks really cool but still no release date yet but certain places have them listed for march but we think more likely end of April.

We are taking pre-orders for these DC little mates now in anticipation

The 1st series of these DC Little Mates will include Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, Martian Manhunter, The Flash, Hawkgirl, Catwoman, the Joker and Harley Quinn.

Expected in May 2011 they have created some more iconic Twilight Zone favourites in Willie and Jerry and Bob Wilson to add to the UK's largest Twilight Zone Bobble Head Collection.

Both are now ready to be pre-ordered from our site and personally we cant wait to see more Twilight Zone bobbles.

Finally Bif Bang Pow! are releasing the new Lost Bobble Heads we have all been waiting for in Sawyer, Jack, Desmond and Dr. Leslie Arzt.

The previous bobble heads series included , Richard Alpert, Dr Halliwax,Daniel Faraday, Hurley and the ever popular John locke Bobble Head (which incidentally is due back in stock any day now)

We have a massive order for all the Bobble Heads but still to guarantee one now pre-order as soon as you can.

Series 1 of these popular Lost Action Figures have has now sold out at wholesalers which we know because we ordered the last few boxes of these figures available from our wholesales. So we are happy to have these coming in the next week or so.

But unless Bif bang Pow! recieve some more pre-orders they are rumoured to be cancelling the range as they won't be able to start production in time for July and with their merchandising license for Lost running our in July they cannot afford to run the risk of not being able to sell what they make.

We have our pre-ordered but can only order as much as we can sell, so to help out Bif Bang Pow! and yourselves all I can recommend is to pre-order from us allowing us to pre-order more from them.

 At Bobble Heads UK we believe we have very competitive prices, so we though we'd test this theory on some of our newest pre-orders with our 2 biggest competitors. For the sake of this information the prices are all including basic included / cheapest delivery options and were collected on the 30/01/2011.

For these example's we have chosen the highly popular Star Wars theme and the soon to be released limited edition Giant Vintage Kenner Star Wars Action FIgures and a newly released cool Darth Maul Statue.

The characters produce unique noises tailored to each model, and will be released in several sizes.

Here at Bobble Heads UK we aim to be selling Doctor Who Plush Toys, Big Bang Pow Doctor Who Action Figures, and hopefully some Doctor Who Bobble Heads amongst any other doctor who memorabilia we can get our hands on.

However news has come out that they have renewed it and some of the best selling products are coming back out again including the Dexter in Jumpsuit 7-Inch Action Figure which will come out around about the time of the new season kicking off in America.

No idea if this means that the top selling Dexter bobble heads will be coming back but at this stage it doesnt look likely.

We love them especially Greedo and think these amazing Star Wars pop! vinyl action figures will be really popular.

All eras have been licensed so we can expect doctor who bobbleheads and action figures starting from the shows 1st shows in 1963.

The doctor who lines will feature an array of articulated retro action figures and playsets, along with bobble heads with the first arrivals planned for summer 2011, and various fan-demanded Doctor Who themed collectibles such as license plate frames, journals, tin boxes, coasters, magnets, and glassware be following aswell.

Due to feedback we are looking into all of our packaging supplies to provide better fitting boxes for our bobble heads to make sure they arrive in pristine condition.

The website will be updated with new stock later on this week, we have some great new bobble heads coming soon including the much anticipated Harry Potter bobble heads, The Hangover Alan in his bobble car may finally make an appearance (only 5 months late),

We have new plushes coming in stock for various horror characters, Freddie, Jason etc and these characters are also making an appearance in Pop! Movie Heroes which will also include much loved characters from Beetlejuice and a few others.

We have managed to pick up some stock of the ultra limited edition Batman Bobble Head Car (240 worldwide) and have also picked up orders for full sets of the Lost action figures (arriving from January onwards (Subject to change)) and also some of the cool new Giant Star Wars Figures.

We have some Kiss Bobble Heads arriving in February also.

That's just covering the 1st two months of 2011 and there is loads more lined up for the remainder of the year.

Maybe down to the bad publicity regarding the Serial Killer doll being sold in Toys R Us in the US, maybe not. What we can tell you though is the bobble heads are now in limited supply, manufacturing has stopped and they will not be made again by Bif Bang Pow!.

They are one of our best sellers, and certainly the range of products has helped us to grow over the last 12 months.

If you want one now is the time to get one before they are all gone. We have perhaps 1 box of these coming into the UK in the next few days (End of December) and a couple more boxes on order for the new year (I think) confirmation hasnt come through yet.

Produced by NECA these look just like the harry potter characters of Ron, Hermione and of course Harry Potter and are due to be released in January / February 2011.

Initially to confirm they do have a US plug on them as these a US item and are not available in the UK,this is easily fixed by purchasing a UK > US step Down Transformer Adaptor / Voltage convertor to convert the to 240 volt UK power supply to the US 110volt.

These will cost approx 9.99 from various retailers (please check with them on arrival of the product) also a E26 bulb will be required for the lamps.

Not happy with producing some wicked bobble heads and wobblers funko are moving into the world of lamps with these excellent looking lamps.

We;ve seen at least 3 now which are Boba Fett Lamp, Yoda Lamp and Darth Vader Lamp.

FunKo Star Wars Lamps

 No idea when these star wars lamps are coming out but i now we want some :) there are smart.

These images were taken by somebody at Star Wars Blog/ and show off some cool new FunKo figures which were shown at Toy Fair 2010 (which is the biggest toy fair in America and maybe the world). These bobble heads look pretty smart we'll see how well they sell when they come out.

We're Also able to offer customised bobble heads of your Xbox 360 avatar, now these are a little bit pricey (but very unique) and will set you back about £125. One for the real collectors, and will look awesome.

Were hoping this side of the business will grow quite a bit of the coming year, and maybe the prices will drop down lower too.

The process is simple enough to order there, select a body then order, we send you an email to log into our custom application to set eye colour, hair colour and type and upload a picture. From here it is sent off to the our manufacturers who will about 10 days later send you an email to log into their application to see the proof's of your own customised bobble head. From here you can make changes to the proof to make it as you want it and then finally once you have confirmed the model etc it will be produced and painted and finally sent to you.

Its simpler then it sounds and will bring you such a unique gift, and one you that is completely customised to your design.

We've got all the Lost Bobble Heads in stock (just), we also have the brand new FunKo Alice In Wonderland bobble heads which really are a work of art. Admittedly though they look better in real life then on the website.

Yesterday we took part in the Buxton Toy Fair and had a lot of really good feedback on our products and a few sales too, so we plan to get to a few more fairs / collectors events throughout 2010.
